We collect used and unwanted pallets from various sources, such as businesses, warehouses and distribution centers. These pallets may be damaged, worn out or no longer suitable for the customers use. Upon collection, our staff inspect the pallets to determine their condition and whether or not these can be reused, repaired or recycled. We always make the customer aware of what is going to be reused or recycled.

Pallets that are usable are dismantled, this process typically involves the use of equipment to disassemble the pallets into different pieces, such as boards and blocks. If the boards and blocks are reusable, we then put these into our stock area to be reused by the pallet repair team. Any boards and blocks that are no good are then recycled.
